Yes, Premium Smiles covers all services offered at Lakeside Dental & Wellness. If the options we have laid out do not fit your needs, we will work with you to create a personalized dental payment plan.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept virtually all forms of payment including cash, checks, debit cards, and Visa, Mastercard, or Discover credit cards.

Can I use my insurance with Premium Smiles?
Premium Smiles cannot be combined with any other insurance, it's only valid at Lakeside Dental & Wellness. Care from other providers and specialists are not included.
